Having been in the same ownership for a number of years Susskind were delighted to introduce the off-market warehouse accommodation to our clients Sterling Real Estate and their JV partner Argo. This coincided with their prior acquisition of the adjoining property at 18 Tile Yard Road. The combined sites allowed for significant development and the ultimate sale of both properties to Life Science developer Kadans Science Partner. A complex transaction which we were proud to be part of.
